Vintage number ten large white short sleeved cotton sailor dress a lovely dress with shoulder pads the white v neck having a blue and white striped inlay waistband creating a blouson effect with matching stripes to the cuffs the 4 inch waistband and hem from the waist the skirt is pleated leading to a full skirt this is a wonderful example of 80s at its best
