I have a single room available in a small house near portland streetsincil bank in lincoln about fiveten minutes walk from the train station and the centre and just round the corner from tescornrnthe room is furnished with a single bed wardrobe desk and various storage the only other occupant of the house is myself with shared use of the bathroom kitchen with oven gas hobb microwave fridge freezer and washing machine and two downstairs rooms although one of those i rather full
