I am the current tenant who has been living in this 2 bedroom spacious and bright apartment by myself since december 2016 i travel frequently love cooking i would like to have a flatmate to share it i am a professional self employed financially stable person would like to have someone with common sense and sociable the total rent is 795 pcm and the total deposit is 1 100 which i had already paid all of it when i moved in myself and i will ask for half of the deposit as you move in
