Hello rnrnmy room mates and i have a spare room in our recently renovated house the house is situated 10 minutes away from the university of lincoln campus there are brand new 32 inch samsung tvs in each room alongside a fully furbished bedroom with large wardrobes the brand new kitchen is shared and backs onto a garden terrace with bicycle space there are 2 bathrooms in the house one upstairs and one downstairs the bedrooms come with a double bed as standard with 3 of them being upstairs
