THE SIMPSONS Family Album (Original 1999 US Limited Edition Giclée Print measuring 13½" x 16½". Featuring images based on the season 7 episode titled 'Marge Be Not Proud', where Marge takes the family for the annual portrait at a store that Bart got banned from entering the week before after he was caught steeling a video game. Featuring five family portraits taken from the Simpsons' home gallery including two taken from the 1996 Christmas episode, plus one featuring Santa's Little Helper & Snowball II. This is accompanied with the Twentieth Century Fox seal to authenticate this being an official limited print - this had a limited printing run of 750 and is hand numbered with this being number 130. Framed with a mount measuring 19½" x 22½" in size, with the original Certificate of Authenticity attached to the back)

More information on the Giclée:-

Sometimes described as "digital lithographs", created using extremely sophisticated computer equipment to create a reproduction virtually indistinguishable from the original.

Most start with an original painting or illustration in oil, watercolour, or charcoal. The original work is scanned and colour corrected under the supervision of the artist before being printed with a extremely high resolution giclee printer. From the French term for "spray of ink", giclee printers lay down millions of microscopic ink droplets with such precision that the images, colours, and subtle nuances of the original piece are reproduced with breathtaking accuracy and beauty.

Giclees are created on high quality acid-free rag paper or on canvas, and are generally done in limited editions of no more than 750 pieces.
