The Lifesystems Mountain First Aid Kit has been specified with the help of expedition doctor Hugh Montgomery and members of the British Special Forces medical team. It's been designed for use when professional medical care may be some distance away.

brilliant piece of kit everything you would need in an emergecy
Its obvious that some real thought went into putting this kit together as it is well laid out and very user friendly at a good price. my only critisism is that it should really have blister plasters included, but it they can easily be added if required i suppose.
Well worth five stars and a must have for any adventure.
