A high power, centre tapped dual Schottky rectifier, the design of which has been optimised to give low reverse leakage at high temperatures. The barrier technology of this device enables reliable operation at high junction temperatures making it ideal for use in switching power supplies, converters, reverse battery protection and as a freewheeling diode.
