Pico TA019 600 A AC/DC Current Probe with BNC Connector

The PP266 current clamp is ideal for use with a PicoScope automotive oscilloscope to display starter current waveforms, charging currents and for performing quick compression tests.

The current clamp can measure up to 600A (AC or DC). In use there is no need to break into the circuit or disturb the isolation as the opening jaws simply clamp around the current carrying conductor. No electrical contact is required. This high amp probe is an improved version and features superior noise rejection. The PP266 is terminated in a BNC connector and so can be connected directly to a Pico automotive oscilloscope.

The current clamp is calibrated to provide 1 mV of output for every 1A of measured current.
