Product Description
Standing at 24 inches tall, this Giant Leo figure will immediately enthral all fans of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. However once his mutation is completed and he has been fully opened out, the real fun can begin.
This 'mutation' comes in the form of a transformation into one giant playset based on the Turtle's own abandoned subway hideout, the Sewer Lair. With 6 levels, 9 rooms and over 30 different features, the possibilites are vast to create your own Turtles storyline.
Why not help Splinter find some inner peace in his meditation room or try out some new tricks in the skate park? Further rooms include a computer lab, Donatello's workshop, the dojo room so the Turtles can improve their ninja skills and most importantly (for the Turtles at least) a living room where video games can be played and pizza can be consumed.
If all that seems a little sedate, then maybe it's worth sending one of the gang up the lookout tower to check for any enemies nearby. If Shredder and his Foot Gang do drop by, then you can ensure the Turtles are ready with catapult counter attacks, sneaky sewer traps, dungeon drops and skateboard tackles. Shredder can then be kept in the detainment room at the bottom of the hideaway.
To turn Leonardo into the Sewer Lair, you first of all need to attach his arms and feet, which come separately in the box, and are used to prop up the headquarters. Once opened up, 33 stickers are also included in the set, enabling you to smarten up the place.
Although initially time consuming, the Sewer Lair is very easy to set up. The toy shouldn't be bought for children below the age of 3 years due to the risk of choking on small parts and the Turtle figures themselves must be bought separately.
