Product Description
Barbie can enjoy a riding lesson or a trek across the fields with the Barbie Saddle 'N Ride horse and doll set. This toy includes a Barbie doll and a horse, and it truly instils the realism of horse riding, a theme many little girls are fans of.
This Barbie doll can, with the push of a button, literally hop up onto her horse's back before he trots off. Activation is straightforward, however, very young kids of about 3 years might need some help in placing Barbie's hand into the correct slot before she mounts; once her hand is in place, simply press the horse's mane and she will swing herself up into the saddle and the horse will begin to walk along. There is also a section of the rein that the rider's hand can clip into, to ensure a good riding technique.
Barbie's outfit is, in true Barbie fashion, very sleek and stylish for a day at the stables - she wears brown knee-high riding boots, a denim jacket over a very pretty tunic, a pink riding helmet and pink riding gloves. After a trek or a riding session Barbie can brush her horse's tail with a little blue brush that is included with the set and fits neatly into the doll's hand.
This battery-operated toy requires 3 AAA batteries and these are not included. It is suitable for ages 3 and up.
