From the Lego City series comes the Lego Volcano Exploration Base, a world of heavy machinery and an erupting volcano to top it all off. The final build portrays a busy group of Volcano explorers as they excavate and dissect the site and the emissions from a nearby volcano. Expect lots of pick axes, metal detectors, large camera drones and some other nice surprises.

With each Lego Volcano Exploration Base set comes:

The volcano itself is cleverly designed with clear orange Lego bricks to portray flowing lava, while the springing molten lava rocks add more drama to play time. The excavator seats a Lego figurine a has nice track wheels, with Technic elements at the base. A rubber band provides a hammering action to crack those molten boulders. Who Wants It?

Well, anyone who's into Lego and Lego sets will want it, particularly if they want to add to the City series. With 824 pieces it's a decent build, with some brownie points being docket for the simplistic mini dump truck. For children 8 years and over Lego Volcano Exploration Base has plenty of playability due to the vehicles and added figurines. Due to small parts this set is not suitable for children under 36 months.
