The flavour is definitely a positive highlight. The vanilla ice cream flavour is very delicious and pleasant. It gives my protein shake a refreshing sweetness that is not overdone. The consistency is also excellent. The powder dissolves in water or milk without lumps. The high protein quality is an additional advantage. The Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein is an ideal blend of Whey Protein Isolate and Whey Protein Concentrate, which ensures a fast and long-lasting protein supply. After training, I realised that my muscle recovery was much better.
