Domaine Mirabau presents a new style of cotes du Roussillon; extremely fruity and young with a lot of finesse. Dark ruby red colour; rich, ripe fruits on the nose with a fresh, elegant palate.

About this bottle: This wine comes from southern Roussillon area around the village of Terrats in the pre-Pyrenean plateau not far from Spain. The soil here is a combination of schist and quartz, in which vines struggle to grow and yet produce grapes of stunning quality and winemaking potential.

About this bottle: The Cellers Unio cooperative supports rural winemaking cross Catalonia. This wine is from the small village of Els Guiamets in the Montsant Mountains, an area of traditional wine production dating back thousands of years, which is also home to the world-famous Priorat region.
