A Far Eastern shrub of immense beauty and elegance, Nandina domestica 'Filamentosa' spoils the senses in the best possible way. Ideal for borders and large containers alike, it has the stature and habit of Bamboo. The purple tinted foliage of this variety is particularly fine and delicate giving a wonderfully airy appearance. A generous display of vibrant red berries make this specimen shrub a real treat fort the eyes during autumn. Perfect for bringing long lasting colour to a prominent border or large patio container. Nandina thrives in moist but well drained soil, tolerating a wide range of conditions from sand to chalk and clay. Choose a sheltered position in full sun.

Heavenly Bamboo is low-maintenance and easy to grow. Remove any dead, damaged or misplaced stems after flowering to keep plants tidy.
