Enjoyable break

As the hotel is so conveniently placed for Oxford Street one way and Harrods the other we had a great retail therapy time! Also there are some nice eating places nearby so had a nice evening meal. We found it to be in a quieter part of London which was welcomed. We had a bit of a mattress issue with one of the beds but it was quickly dealt with and given another room.

The room was very small and it was quite difficult moving around without bumping into something. Some surfaces were dusty.Looked as though the room wasn’t given a thorough clean before we arrived. The location is great and close to Paddington station so the walk wasn’t too long. Unfortunately that’s the only redeeming feature because the room wasn’t much to write about. Breakfast was ok. Lots of options but wasn’t displayed in an appealing way. This place is great if you’re visiting London on a short stay and won’t be spending much time in your room. Otherwise you’ll find it lacking in homely comforts.

Hotel close to Paddington station and provided all required for an overnight stay in London. Quick and easy check-in and bedroom clean with all items required.
Breakfast continental but plenty of choice and we found it adequate.
Would be happy to use again on our next visit.

The hotel was very centrally located for getting around town. The room we were given was small but it was clean and had everything we needed it was very adequate. I would certainly stay here again.
