I bought the smaller one first. I used it most days for work and it’s fantastic at keeping your drink hot for hours. Unfortunately after 6 weeks it started to leak from the lid. The push button has a rubber seal by the spring which seems to perish quite quickly causing the leak. You can’t fix it or replace the part. I returned it and upgraded to the larger model. Was fine for six months, but then the same fault again. The push button pops out further than it should due to the rubber seal perishing. I did wash it in the dishwasher every day which it says is fine. Maybe this is a contributing factor thought. Also, it’s very easy to loose the second rubber seal that closes the drinking hole. If you lose it,(very small rugby ball shaped seal) it’ll leak and again you can’t replace it. I’ve now had a refund and am rethinking my options. I wouldn’t buy another. I conclude that it’s a great product but with an inferior made top with cheap materials. A real shame!

The flask is completely watertight and stays hot slightly beyond the stated time proving it works great. It keeps hot beverages drinkable for at least 10 hours!

I've got an older stainless one of these and recently bought a new one as my wife had nicked the original. They're great, keep drinks piping hot for hours and don't leak. Well recommended.

I have had this Mug now for 2 years and it's still going Strong Albeit Dents all over the Cup but doesn't affect the Performance The Mug is the Best I've had and I've tried a Few Money well spent and will be Buying Another

I've had a lot of Travel Mugs and the Thermos has been the best mug so far. But now I've experienced this Stanley Mug it's just the best mug there is out there yes it's expensive but the old saying comes to mind you get what you pay for. The Mug keeps your Drink Hot. It never leaks. It's very Robust. Because I've dropped mine a few times and it's got a lots of dents in it but doesn't effect it's performance

When I got this mug I was delighted. I go camping a lot and all of my previous camping mugs leaked when they fell over or got cold quickly. This one didn't. However, it has a little rubber nib in the lid which falls off quite easily and if you lose that the mug leaks and the drink gets cold. I lost mine after 6 months.
No problem, I thought, I'll just contact Stanley and get another. Unfortunately, they'll sell you a replacement lid in the USA but I live in Scotland so that's no use to me.
Now my drink gets cold and leaks and I can't help feeling I've wasted my £26.

I was looking for a different mug which I couldn't find and ended up buying this one instead.

I'm totally delighted. Needed it for skiing and the one handed operation is easy to use with ski gloves on. No messing about with a cup and with a lifetime warranty this purchase was a no brainer.

The colour looks very modern, even though it's the classic colour that has been going for years. Keeps my tea hot for much longer than stated time.
A quality product that I know will give me years of use....and not just on the ski slopes for a couple of weeks at a time.

I have had a few insulated coffee mugs but they always leak, so I end up taking a flask. This one, however, has not leaked and so I can take it in the car or on the boat and grab a swig of coffee whenever I want to without having to pour out a cupful. Just a point, the button is quite hard to press and so best test it in the shop. Also, make sure that it is upright when you push the button before drinking, otherwise you can get squirted with hot drink. It does warn a bout this in the instructions, but who reads the instructions on a drink flask! It is also easy to take apart to clean.

Bought 1 only had it about a Week. Left it on Bus and contacted bus lost and found but Mug is that good knew I wouldn't get it back really great for keeping drinks hot and does not leak when it falls over Hence buying another one
