A display expansion board that can transmit digital video signals in HDMI, DVI and LVDS formats and analog signals in the VGA format. This means that graphics may be displayed on a monitor via a HDMI/DVI/VGA interface or a connection may be made to an LCD, via LVDS, for use with an LPC microcontroller. The board adds graphics capabilities to any of the LPC1788, LPC3250, LPC4088 or LPC4357 Developer's Kit. In addition, the module is capable of reading which display board is connected and initialise the MCU LCD controller and control the Display Expansion board accordingly.
