It leaks - I woke up in a swimming pool after a night of heavy rain. Its also not particularly stable, the corner posts snapped after one use and the tent pegs are lightweight.

This was an impulse buy by my daughter as she wanted a tent for her friends to camp in the garden. I'm impressed with the size and ease to put it up, the built in groundsheet is a bonus as is the fly screen. We've yet to try it out but after reading the reviews I will suggest to her that she uses it in fair weather. I will have to look into whether it's possible to waterproof it for use if she chooses to use it at festivals etc.

I bought this tipi for £48 in the summer sale and thought it would be a good play tent for my granchildren aged between 2 and 7. I knew that single skin tents at this price are unlikely to be particularly waterproof so i'm not at all disappointed in that regard. As a kids play tent it is excellent and roomy enough for four of them to play in out of the sun. The attractive colours have not faded at all after having it out in the sun for two weeks.

i was a bit confused with the witches hat at the top and how to do it but got there in the end. easy to put up on my own.

We bought this for a festival last year, I would advise you not to buy this product. We bought it as was cheap and intended on leaving it at festival. We woke up in a pool of water every morning for 3 days. The tent is not rain proof.

We bought ours before reading the first review (sadly more bad ones have been posted since). We put the rtent up and tested it with the watering can and sure enough the tipi leaked exactly as reviews describe. Go Outdoors listened to our complaints and took it back - full refund.

Easy to erect and plenty of room. Thankfully the promised rain Friday did not materialise so all good that night! Saturday it did and rain soon making its way through the door zips. Good job I had a camp bed so kept dry. Without it would have been grim.
Best avoided. Sad as normally Go Outdoors goods are excellent.

Positives- easy to assemble and compact & lightweight to transport.
Negatives- NOT WATERPROOF!!! so not for use in any country that has the slightest bit of rain!!! All of our clothes/bedding etc were wet on the first night. Puddles formed in the tent due to water leaking through seems and zip! Because of the shape of the tent and the way the peg hooks are placed it means that water can't drain properly, add to this that the flimsy peg hooks snapped at the front because they are so poorly assembled meant we had no hope!... not happy campers!!! We are usually really happy with go outdoors products, but this time to say we are massively disappointed is a huge understatement.

Nice and easy to put up & plenty of room. That's as far is it goes for the good.
Only buy this tent if you are using it in a dry country with no rain. Even light rain get through the zip. If the rain gets a bit heavier (as it did this weekend. The joins where the groundsheet meets the tent sink down and water just starts to pour through. On top of that. The colour has faded so much in places it looks like it had bleach poured on.
