I have not had the chance to write a proper review, but if I were you I would return it for a full refund. It's very nice from an aesthetic and presentation standpoint but the functionality of it is awful. One of the several issues I am having is the same with the battery depleting while charging and in use.

I know the life proof case I had there was a clear window in the middle back of the phone. I always figured it had something to do with wireless charging. That was with an s6. I don't know if the s7 case is the same way.

Yes. You can. However, the adhesive for the base mount is weak. Does not secure the unit as well as it should.

it worked ok on my vent , i do not know about every vent style made by every manufacturer , slide open the spring load clip and insert and let go of the spring . it was that easy for me

yes, but I do not recommend you do that, because it will affect wireless charge. For optimal performance, take off your protective cover and place your device in the proper location on the wireless charger.

You will have to use the adapter that comes with the s8 in order to use this charger...

Suction cup with excellent grip, the nn ok phone holder has no vibration when driving. The phone charge is very fast: tried with LG G3 and Samsung S8, navigator started all day and continuous "disconnections" of the mobile phone from the support ... 100% charge in a very short time. What to say: fully satisfied.

installed on the van with the suction cup, adheres well, recharges quickly without giving me overheating problems, the only flaw if we want is that leaving the lateral supports open, in the sense not all closed but at the distance of your phone but without the phone these moving vibrate, I I solved by jamming and then locking the brackets with some rubber.

since I installed the charger I have not had a problem yet, get in the car support and recharge if you use the app as a navigator and you have the cell at 100%, it stays that way and the charge (blue light) does not activate energy needed by the app. without discharging the battery and all with its cover.

I am delighted with this product. It locks onto the Windscreen very well, providing a rigid base. The phone sits easily on the cradle. No need to pull ogainst a sping loaded grip. Pull the sides out, place the phone then push the sides back and it is locked securely. You switch on the engine and the phone starts charging and you can see it is charging as the light at the base changes colour. When you want to take the phone out, no pulling against a spring. Just touch a button at the back and the phone is released. Great !

This is a nice easy way to charge my phone in the car without worrying about connecting or disconnecting the cable and with there being different phones in the family with different connectors but all with the ability to use the Qi charger, this is really nice. I don't like the vent car mount holders, I haven't found one that fits my car, but luckily this has both the suction and the vent. I was able to install the suction cup to the windshield easily and it is secure. The quick release for the bottom and sides are both easy to use and I like the two extra foam sides that it comes it. I had to adjust the bottom holder down so my phone could be detected by the charger, the default location wouldn't recognize my phone, but once I extended it all the way down, I was able to. The charger adapter is a quick charge adapter which is nice, but it is annoying for me to have just a single port, with the amount devices that are in the car, you need more than one USB port. Give me two USB ports on this and this is a perfect addition to the car.

Works reasonably well, looks reasonably good, reasonably priced. It has a little trouble making the connection through my phone's case (you have to apply a little pressure and do a little jiggling), but once the connection is made, it charges fine. My only real complaint is that I wish the bottom slider that the phone rests on were even 1/4" longer to accommodate the extra size a phone case adds.

Just got this. So far I really love it. I was concerned that the battery was getting too hot when I have it mounted on my window and it is charging, (Texas) but it automatically stops charging and tells you it is doing so when the battery gets too hot. No set up needed just plug it i and go. Works great!

I installed this in my phone and hid the cable under steering and basically tied cable nicely so that it is unseen. Placed it on right hand side of windscreen as it was in my way elsewhere. I like it. Charges instantly. Love the slow release function. I think it is a great job rather than having cable on front seat with phone.brilliant in and out of the van all day keeps phone charged without having to unplug all the time well made.

Before buying I was concerned that the base does not have a very long arm but with the sucker mounted on the front quarter-light window the phone is in an ideal position for me. I was also pleasantly surprised by the build quality which feels sturdy. The product description does not mention that a set of self adhesive cable clips are included so a tidy installation can be achieved. My in-car USB port is not powerful enough to power the unit but the adapter that is provided resolves this. I have been using for several weeks and it has never become unstuck and have been highly satisfied with the way the unit works. I would defiantly recommend.

The Qi Wireless Charger is very good, charges every time, great build quality. The only thing is that the hinge is very big which is fine if it's stuck on the window but if you put it onto the air vent then it does stick out somewhat which means it almost gets in the way of the controls and buttons on the dash.

The wireless charger comes in a light brown cardboard box which is very sturdy there is also a sleeve which covers the product inside. On the front of the sleeve there is a picture of the device in use as well as a logo and the product name! While on the back there is a different picture of the charger as well as some specifications! Upon opening the box you are greeted with 3 separate boxes inside. One of them has the device holder in them, while another one has the mount inside of the box and the last box has the suction mount as well as the charging cable and the instruction manual - this was a very pleasant unboxing experience. Appearance: The appearance of the charger is all matte black- the suction mount is a curved shape which it gets thinner at the top it is unusual to see a shape like this however I like it! The device holder is a well thought out on as you can adjust the sides of it to cater for different phone sizes to do this you would press down one of the buttons on the back (there are 2) one makes the sides wider and the other makes the bottom longer you have to pull both of these to get them to stretch. The cable comes with a velcro tie to eliminate excess cable which is a nice addition - however I would of personally liked to see a flat style cable as that also eliminates a lot cables getting tangled! Function(s): Although there are a couple of separate bits to the the mount connecting them all together was very easy. I tried out the suction mount and it will support any size phone which is compatible as the suction is really power when stuck on a window! It was a shame not to have the Qi receiver included for iPhones however I had one and i have got to say that this is a really good wireless charger which enables your phone to be hands free as well! There are 2 modes one being fast charging which is 1.5 times the speed i would say of the other option the normal charging. Both the mounts also have flexible joints which allow you to put the phone in the optimal position for you! Overall View(s): This is really good wireless phone charger with 2 different ways of mounting and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!
