CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure to keep the tape under the arms and around your shoulder blades.
WAIST: Measure around the smallest part of your waist (natural waistline).
HIPS: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part.

My son is very happy with the shorts we bought they are great quality and I would buy another pair
So good I needed go back and get a second pair! After a 4 hour hike these shorts kept me cool and comfortable.
They stretch perfectly allowing full range of movement without any discomfort or pressure. Mesh inner is a god send adding to the comfort and capability of these shorts. The mesh inner can be used as a base layer from what I found as the most uncomfortable thing with these was my standard underwear kept riding up. Wear these proud and free for maximum comfort.
Incredibly stylish and even a little pocket to keep my car keys in that doesn't get in the way no matter what way you move.
You will not be disappointed with these shorts!
