I have used this toothpaste for several months now and I am very happy with the results and taste! rnI have never been keen on the overly sweet, synthetic tasting and far too frothy commercial brands. So for me the taste is far more pleasant, as it is not sweet and although the cinnamon does take a little while to get used to, I really like the flavour now.rnAs for cleaning and gum health, I have very good teeth (never had a single filling aged 44yrs) but I have been prone to gum problems and have to see the dental hygienist because of this. My hygienist noticed a big difference in my gum health on my last visit. So for me personally, I have found the perfect toothpaste, for flavour and gum health!

It's ok, but I find that I don't have the squeaky clean feeling that I get with ordinary toothpaste. It's easy to use, and a small amount goes a long way, plus it comes in a glass jar so it's fully recyclable.
