The Petzl MYO® is a powerful multi-beam headlamp intended for endurance-oriented outdoor activities, thanks to its long burn time, balanced weight distribution and multiple lighting options.It gives powerful, high performance lighting (370 lumens in Boost mode and 280 lumens in Maximum mode), with a wide beam for proximity lighting and a wide-angle flip lens that can shift to a focused beam for long-range vision.
The rear-positioned battery pack holds three AA/LR06 batteries (included) and balances the weight of the headlamp on your head, and there's an optional top strap for additional stability if you need it.
- Battery charge indicator light: warns when the batteries are approximately 70% then 90% discharged
- Switches are protected from accidental operation when light body is in upright position
- Water and weather resistant for all-weather use (IP X4 rated)

Fabulous light, the flood option is great and easy to switch to spot which is also brilliant, and it coped with hours out in the snow without a problem.

Nice, lightweight, easy to use. Haven't used the programmable settings as I find high/medium/strobe sufficient. Easy angle adjust.
Had it underground twice now and it's withstood a few decent knocks and water. Had it on high for around 6hrs on the first trip without a battery change. More than happy!

Cracking little headtorch, ideal for walking and general night stuff on the Hills. Nice and light haven`t tried it for a long period yet but undoubtedly will use it . Will try and compare it to the one I use for Mountain Rescue use and see how it goes . So far nice little bit of kit
Excellent, torch used on ultra Marathons in the mountains and normal runs plenty of light when needed, highly recommended. Great part of the Mandatory kit.
