I have used these for a few years and they have been great, until now. I recently received the new improved version which are awful. They are not the same product. There is no response on impact and they are too thin now. I may as well have gone too poundland. I get greater comfort from a pair than are 2 years old from my previous walking shoes. Don't waste your money

Blister on two toes of right foot (big toe and pinky).
Cushions foot well but too much movement.

I used these for use in my Merrell walking shoes shoes I had only walked 1 mile when I got a big blister on the back of my heel (I had never had blister on this foot), they are very spongy and let the foot move up and down a lot.But on the bright side they are great in my slippers.

The insole lives up to its description in every way.
I have suffered from foot problems and the insole relieves them completely.

I have been suffering with plantar Fasciitis for some time, talked to the staff at go outdoors on the footwear Department who were very helpful and recommended these insoles, you buy a pair one size bigger and trim them to size, its like walking on Air money well spent I would recommend every time, walked the clwydian range that weekend how good is that, Thanks to the staff at go outdoors Bootle.

Just done a 10 mile walk over rough terrain and my feet were much better with these insoles. The arch support was perfect.

Bought these for my new work boots, last pair out lasted my previous bootsstill comfortable after 18 months.
Recommend these insoles just wish the range stocked was as good as it used to be for this brand at go outdoors

Inner soles bought for sons work boots as he had sore feet. He says they are excellent, it’s like walking on sand. We went for sorbothane as my husband had them previously in his walking boots. We are pleased with our purchase. Only downside was travelling to Stockton to purchase.

good quality insoles with thick gel inserts to protect heel and ball of foot. made a huge difference to inadequate soled walking boot. Will purchase again for other boots

I usually don't need insoles like this but I work in a job were i am on my feet for long periods of time and decided to try these. The instructions are minute and hard to find on the box but that is the only downside to them. They are brilliant they really stand up to all the pressure you can throw at them. I go home now a lot less sore than I used to> I would totally recommend them to anyone

Bought these on the strength of reviews. Initial impression was very favourable, the insoles were much more comfortable than my old ones, However by the end of 10 miles my left foot felt like it was on fire and became very painful despite relacing my boot several times. I tried again a few days later and within a few miles I was suffering again and I developed a large blood blister under my left foot. The next walk I put the old insole back in my left boot and kept the sorbothane in my right boot. By the end of the walk my right foot was painful and I had a small blood blister under that foot too. I have gone back to my old insoles. Not money well spent!

Brilliant insole. Absorbs shock while running on tarmac. While a bit pricy for an insole is worth a go. Cheaper than new trainers :)

Very pleased with the support offered in the sole exactly were its needed takes the shock away from my arthritic big toe bone well pleased ??
