    Suitable replacement battery for APC ES 700;

    Bought this as a replacement for my APC ES 700 UPS. It's a perfect size match for the original and fitted without problem. I've had one power outage since fitting it and it seemed to work OK. I chose this over the Yucel equivalent I'd originally looked at because it has 6.3mm terminals to match the connectors on the UPS. The Yucel apparently comes with adapters, but I didn't know whether they would fit into the battery compartment without a fight.

    I would recommend NOT to buy from these people. The one they sent was definitely pre owned. Heavily scratched, corners damaged, no shine on the body, (new batteries do have a shine to them). DO NOT BUY.

    Replacement for UPS 1000VA

    The Trust UPS 1000VA originally mounts a 12V 9Ah, and the 800VA mount a 7Ah, but I decided for the 7Ah on the 1000VA because I already swapped for a 7Ah in the past with zero problems: the max available VA is the same (obviously only a bit less duration in case of black out... maybe... because some 9Ah last even less than some other 7Ah). Since in 5 years the UPS has switched to the inverter only once and in any case I shut down immediately (max 2 minutes), I think it's a waste of money for my case to spend a lot for a battery. This one is perfect because is good value for money, especially because no matter the brand, in my experience you have to change battery every 4/5 years in any case. The size is equivalent to an NP7-12, HZS12-7.5, HR 1234W F2, and so on. The spades are 6.4mm. I ...

    great value product

    Bought these for use with a 24v steam raising blower for a miniature steam locomotive. Work and last well and are so compact and lightweight compared to the car batteries previously used. Take less time to charge as well.

    It fits!

    I bought this battery knowing it might not fit. With it having the larger terminals I managed to drill them out and use the nuts and bolts fitted to the old battery, instead of the spades required. A small alteration to the holder and wam bam the lawn mower was up and running again. Excellent!
