Which kids nowadays watch tea time TV when they get home from school? I remember rushing home to watch this series. Unfortunately I missed some. So in my second childhood I have bought the full series. My kids and wife think I am mad. But guess who sits round and watches it with me? If you have never seen it before please buy it. You will be amazed how good it is. Yes I know its puppets, but this was probably the last great series made by the master Gerry Anderson. They are probably one of his best creations and more lefelike than the old Thunderbirds and Stingray days, plus you cant see the strings anymore, lol.
More from the Gerry Anderson series made for children (but saying that I think it was for adults with some of the humour and references!) Episodes include 'From Here To Infinity', 'Space Samurai', 'The Porilla' and 'Happy Madeday'. When asked what he thought of the DVD, Dr Tigher Ninestein said "Ten-ten!"
This was a great series by Gerry Anderson. Some of the humour is a little on the adult side (but not much). I had fun as a kid watching this, Zelda was scary but the Sgt Maj (voice over by Windsor Davies) was so funny. (lovely boys, lovely boys). For any fan of Gerry Anderson I say "get this watched".
