Awful experience. Seller sent the wrong item and when I reached out the response was gaslighting, then stopped responding (conversation attached). I reached out on 01/23 and today is 02/07, still haven't received a response from the seller. On top of that, package came open/broken. Awful packaging/handling and the supposedly new shawl had HUMAN HAIRS and lint. Gross and terrible experience. They seemed to have decent reviews so probably I was unlucky. What a way to waste almost $50.
