Bought for my 4 year olds birthday. Unboxed and inserted brand new batteries. It did not do as programmed. Really disappointed and has ruined what I hoped was going to be a great present. :(

The intention of this kit is that using the Cody mouse will help children to learn that computer programming is the same entering a sequence of steps, and executing those steps by pressing start. The kit includes a block of plastic cheese for the mouse to detect, and a customisable block road to navigate, which we haven't progressed to using yet. My child is too young to understand all of nuances and they are so far only enjoying the start button. I am expecting them to learn a lot.
