As per the title of this review my son loves the book it's the 1st year he understands father Christmas but it is so poorly written on a couple of pages for instance on the 2nd page the young elephants say to elmer "have you seen papa red?" To which elmer replies "close by". It just doesn't make sense. That being said the artwork is good and the moral of the story is good that you should give presents to those in need at this time of year.
