What a great experience with this seller. The level of detail provided in the listing made me confident in item condition. Unfortunately the item, despite being *meticulously and carefully packaged for protection* did arrive damaged - thanks a lot USPS :( However, when I contacted the seller, they provided quick responses and offered apologies and a full refund.
