IF YOUR ITEM IS LOST IN THE POST AND DOESN'T ARRIVE: It is rare but sometimes items get lost in the post and don't arrive, if this happens after 15 working days please contact me through the ebay messaging system with the 'contact seller' button, I will then send you by recorded delivery the original proof of posting receipt and a Royal Mail Lost and Damaged Items Claim form for you to fill out and send to Royal Mail's Freepost address - I will not be giving you the refund but Royal Mail will fully refund you including your postage cost as you will have to sign the form to say that it didn't arrive - this is because I can't sign it to say it hasn't arrived as I'm not the receiver. This is also to prevent anyone claiming refunds for an item which they may have already received.
Royal Mail say to wait 15 working days for an item to arrive just in case it has been delayed or has been returned to the sender.
